Subject: sleepless nights
can anyone tell me why it is that through the day we struggle like crazy to stay awake when are bodies are screaming for sleep but as soon as its time for bed we cant sleep for aches and pains its driving me crazy,i get so tired but as soon as my head hits the pillow inless i am drugged up to the eyeballs with pain killers i cant sleep does anyone have the same problem or is it just me lol :0(

always take a pain killer before bed or yes do spend hours tossing and turning have spent many a night talking to jill and della both have same prob. do we get over tired or have we lost the pattern for sleep . mind u as worked yesterday am and out to dinner had to sleep when got in as was dead on feet went up to bed at 11 straight to sleep but woke 2 hour laterfor wee and this happened all night would not mind but our toilet down stairs so shattered this morning will need nap again lol

I'm exactly the same was up all night on wednesdayi think and like u say have a nap during the day and then im wide awake all night so fed up at the moment hate not sleeping.

Haha kirsty i'm tired all the time from the minute i get up dont even feel like ive slept sometimes. Hopital put me on iron tablets as well as i was a bit anemic so could add to it think its all the meds though take care hun xx
