Hi girl wonder welcome to the forum. Many years ago was on sulpha did not have any probs. But it stopped working for me. You know it does take about two months for the meds to get into your system and start working so please don't loose heart and keep going. Wish you well xxxx

Just going off the subject a little.. when I was on sulpha it made my wee turn bright orange does anyone else get that lolololl. Wasn't on it long as it did not do anything for my arthritis
ITs right what jill is saying if theres no change and the meds arnt helping ask for something else. theres always something else they can try that may suit you better. Dont suffer in silence.. take care xx

Yeah Lynne, that's a common side effect, not only does it turn urine bright but also sweat and tears... weird eh?? makes you wonder what the heck is in it.
Girlwonder - I was the same and I think it was maybe 2 months roughly before the side effects went away, stick with it though your body needs time to get used to it x

Hi Jill,

nope wasn't me, although I do remember speaking to you when I had problems with the Sulf at the start so think part of it was me :-).

It's rotten as when you are suffereing from nasty side effects you just want them to go away but the only way is to keep taking them, it's bitter sweet :( x
