Subject: Osteoarthritis with Fibromyalgia

Hi! Just joined. I have severe osteoarthritis in my knees (on list for two years for new ones with no date in sight!) with arthritis in other parts of my body too including spine, feet and thumbs. I also have Fibromyalgia and it's hard to tell which pain is which! How do you exercise with knees that don't co=operate?
