I personally have not taken that drug but my husband did for back pain (sciatica)
It didn't work for him.
They give this drug to make you relax. Our problem is trying to find what is right for us.
Give it a go and see.... if it doesn't work for you go back to your GP.
There is plenty out there to help.
I take Gabapentin which helps me better than anything else. Have you been checked for Rheumatoid Arthritis as this type of arthritis is a different thing altogether. Jaqui it does sometimes take a while to find what suits you best.
