Subject: pain in fingers (not wrists) when typing
Hello, I have significant pain and stiffness in my fingers, and I'm finding nearly all resources on adaptable office equipment seem to assume pain is in the wrists. For me, pressing the keys is very sore at the moment and my work is heavily computer based. Has anyone found equipment helpful for this? I have dictation enabled on Word, but it's not ideal for a number of scenarios. Thank you!

Hi Andrea sorry your post wasn't answered. The forum unfortunately got bombarded with adverts. I personally wear tight gloves. They are for Arthritis sufferes. The fingers are covered to take in the knuckles They are comfortable to wear. They are not expensive either. I think I purchased mine from amazon. Take care and I wish you all the best.
