hey all,
I have 2 people I love dearly that have suffered from arthritis for over 25 years.Neither of them are tech-savvy so I (son to one, nephew to 1) have been tasked with being their voice on here. They have both been pain-free for over 4 months. They started a new therapy and it genuinely has been a game-changer for both of them. They are keen to help other people who are in constant pain like they were, by just sharing information. (for the record they both will tell you I was very sceptical at first and thought it was placebo but it's been over 4 months now and it is lovely to see them both pain free and my Uncle who also suffered from insomnia is now sleeping right thru pretty much every night and that was a result he noticed from the second night of starting the therapy). So what is this therapy. I would of thought you would of shared readily unless of course this is a ruse of some kind.
We all happily share any thing we have tried that works.

Any more news os this therapy which james mentioned,
I'm reaching out and I definitely want to talk so what should I do now?? Please tell me if this therapy exists, apart from my cats and fish which I keep I am now trying to find a reason to live. This is no life at all being in contant pain. If there is a therapy pleaase share as soon as you can.
