Hi guys, jsut a thought b4 I go out with my dear m8s... After everything in here yesterday(sorry again) its really important that you keep in touch with your goood friends, in the past ive let it slip, especially when ive gone into reclusive Mode, I dont do that anymore, I need my m8s around me, my girly chats etc, its important to have their love and care as I also give love to my m8s easily.... its harder when u fight this alone...Friends are Important! Alway knew this of course, but been reflecting recently, and althou me and wayne were nasty to each other, I didnt really want to be, Im not usually a dipstick lol... but hey, cant be perfick everyday can i lol... Ivve made ammends with a complete stranger, so remember keep in touch with your real world m8s also Stay well u lot x

we will allow u the odd off day but not many as we rely on u 4 help and to keep us smileing would not be the same with out u look at another forum but not as friendly as this one so dont change we love u warts and all :-)

hehe warts ay no only joking jill. it's very important what you have wrote and i totally agree although i have only had this for a short while i have wanted to just shut myself away as i didn't want to go out hobbling along and with a gammy hand lol well i went out yesterday evening with hubby and 2 of my daughters we went for a roast and although my hubby had to chop up my food as though i was a baby i really enjoyed it and thought sod it . What i do think is if we had broke our arm or had something in plaster ppl would be able to see why u were hobbling or whatever but because arthur can't be seen they proberly wonder why he had to chop my dinner, felt like shouting out hey ive got arthritis and can't move my hands thats why he's doing it do u get wot i mean. But hey i expect its something u get used to anyway Jill dont go changing u make me laugh so much u have a wicked sence of humour and Val u r so supportive of us as well shame we all live so far apart would be great to meet up girls love to all xxx

there is good and bad in every one to different. i dont agree with all that has happened in his life but his music was good even if not totaly to my tast but 50 is no age and i agree stress has a lot to answer 4. have good day blogger :-)

who are we to judge we never knew him personally i was one who didn't believe all that crap about the boys yes he was strange he was a boy himself like they say but if we had had his upbringing then maybe we would crave what he did. God i still like to act like a child and sometimes do and i'm 47 so why couldn't he surround himself with things that made him happy.The press slatted him he couldn't live a normal life but he was an amazing person none the less god bless him x

Friendship and forums like this are a boon to help deal with illness I have found. People who are close to you can often get bored with you talking about how you feel when your feeling particular poorly. So I find I tend not to say anything unless I am asked. A forum like this allows you to express your pain to those that understand it and can sympathies or even empathies. Sometimes that is all that is needed to get us back on track.. a little moan every now and then lets the stress and pain out and I feel better for it.. PS I do all the healthy things too.. just making a point that for me a forum like this is another tool to help me deal with the RA

good for you lynne, these forums are a good release valve from the pressure and stress that we build up in our lives.
its hugely damaging to put yourself under this sort of stress so yeah its a great way of adressing physical and emotional illness.
