Has anyone experienced a short lived improvement on Humira? My husband thought it was going to be the answer to his AS but after only a few weeks he feels like he is back to square one. He's been on Enbrel for three years and that stopped working so this was the last resort.

Hi Val Thanks for that. Yes it is disappointing when you pin your hopes on a drug and it doesn't do the job. He's been on just about everything over the years and the new anti-tnf drugs had been hailed as a miracle. He's pretty stoical about it all but that's often the way isn't it? It's harder to see your loved ones suffering.

Hello Linda I think humira can take upto 12 weeks to work.I take it and it has helped me tremendously from day one. But it doesnt work for everyone and it is early days yet.
