what do u all do when feet aching so bad u can not sleep hurt and feel hot still aching this morning just sat with them in cold water not good long turn but feel bit better now please any tips u have would be great second night in row hardly any sleep

No instant cure.Cycle trainer use 3-4 times a week you will feel the benefit after 6 months. Search Cycle trainer E-Bay about £40

do plenty of exercise dont have car so walk a lot also been doing arth exercises and tia chia just those bad times r a pain in the feet thanks 4 input got one so will add that to what i do and cross fingers

Walking too much could be the problem cycling aerobic (Just a thought not trying to teach you how to suck eggs). I get pain after contact activities the day after.

FOot massage is good, get your partner/hubby or who ever to give u a massage , gently of course, feet pain is terrrrible((((hugs 4 u ))))

thanks was sat with them in cold water this morning think foot massage sounds lovely jill. thanks blogger was in bit of bad mood this morning not slept because of stupid feet:-( might have to put on my xmas list hope u ok .

Val use just a basin, with warm water and some lovely bath oil or your favourite bubble bath....or actually get someone to massage your feet....I must mention my sister is a reflexologist...amazing massages, they arnt that expensive reaally, and they help a lot.

just a thought

thanks 4 all the advice, 5 days in and tabs r starting to work, got some sleep last night so the world looks a much better place today, jill had a book on reflexology so found it out and did some of the massages(bit difficult reaching feet but helped a lot) the tabs make all joints more flexable thank goodness so could at least reach feet (some days cant even cut toe nails) tut tut
