Hi Val

thing is, seems to me, that u need to take one on a daily basis, they really do help protect you, or at least help stop inflamation begining...it might b worth a trip bk to the Rhummy, or the GP and ask, at the end of the day Val, U may well be trying to stop having to take the DMARDS anti TNF meds most of us r on, but it does stop the pain, flare ups, and hopefully progressive damage...side affects are far less that the damage this condition causes... mb best to have a long chat with your rhummy and talk about your worries, they arnt that bad, honest

love jill x

ps sorry Val, so may ppl on here I cant remeber everyones exact conditon, have u been diagnosed officilly witgh R.A. or infla Art? is it Osteo etc? there are hundreds diff types I know

think u shld go c tho Val, then when a picture starts forming for the Doc, they kinda take a person more seriously, like ususally they wait to see how your symptoms are, sometimes some ppeoples symptoms go, so they wait and c if u return to see them, then if u emntion other things related th arth they begin to listen and get u the specialist help u need, pain I know going to c the Doc, but it is worth it... its builing up a profile of your symptoms, so tht is important ....gtoona go aldis next week, get me some cider(said in conrnish accent! LOL
