Subject: What are the first signs
Hi, I have suffered severe leg pains on and off for about 4 years, mainly the right leg, and mainly after I had a hip replacement. Tests and MRI have ruled out any hip damage, but show maybe a cyst on the spine, which went last year and now I am waiting for blood tests to come back to see if I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. What kind of pain is it? Mine is constant when I put weight on it, or stand in one place, possibly its in the spine? There are no swollen areas. I am 63 and overweight which I am working on. On Gabapentin for the pain at the moment.

My first symptoms was morning stiffness which would last up to half an hour. It wasn't everyday but regular enough for me to notice. It then went on to be random bouts of pins and needles. I am 25 and have seronegative rheumatoid arthritis, which means it doesn't show up in my bloods. I had to have scans on my hands to determine whether it was.
