Subject: Suitable shoes?
Can anyone give me some suggestions of shoes to wear? My feet are swelling an awful lot and are very painful,
So I'm in need of some decent shoes, preferably trainers.
If anyone could give me some suggestions I'd be very grateful.

Hi Bekki I can understand about foot pain and arthritis.. so sore! Thank God the best so far for me has been skechers and pavers and also M&S do footglove shoes which kinda glove to foot sole.

If your shoes have laces make sure they are long - a lot easier to manipulate when tying a bow.
