Subject: I`m pain free

Hiya, not been on in a while, thought I would drop by and let you all know how ive been getting on.

Last time i posted was when I was constantly getting the cold, well ive been taking my enchineca (sp) and have had no colds since starting it. Whilst I was at Holland & Barrett I picked up a bottle of Apple cider diet tablets, as had heard they were good for pain relief for RA, that has been approx 4 weeks now and I have had NO PAIN.. not sure if its down to the tablets but I reckon they are definately helping. This is the longest I have gone with no pain and long may it continue!

Might be worth giving it a go folks.

Take Care

Hiya,

I was reading in a 'drug-free arthritis cure'! book that swears by a teaspoon of cider vinegar and one of honey in a cup of hot water, so I've started taking that first thing in the morning. Apparently it's supposed to get rid of any excessive (bad) uric acid(?) in the blood and joints which eases the pain.!?

It can take a few weeks to get working ... I seem to have started quite a few things at once (MTX, fish oil capsules, cider vinegar/honey + a steroid injection) so it's hard for me to know what's working and what isn't! but I'm just gonna carry on with it all!

good to know that you're pain's gone, let us know how you do

Tra :)

Yeah I heard about the cider vinegar someone told me they stopped taking their sulfasalazine as the vinger was enough! personally Im not contemplating that.
When i went to H&B I asked about it, girl was very unhelpful and pointed over to bottles of the vinegar, i was trying to figure out how I could include it in my diet, definately don`t fancy drinking it, so i seen the tablets and assumed they would be the same idea. Think I paid close to £10 for them and they have only lasted a few weeks but I will def be buying more.
Tracy I also take honey several times a week and have been for months but only been recently I have had no pain.
My boss made a comment the other day saying I was looking well and not my usual tired self... not sure if thats a compliment or not haha !
