Hi val, welcome to the group, we all support each other so you have conme to the right place.

I have degen disc disease, so my back is affected, top to bottom, had one major spine op, need another, but scared 2nd time around, oh well, I will have to have it at some point, but will drag it out for a while...anyway what type of Arthritis do u have? R.A.? or inflamatory, makes no diff really, pain is pain.... it took me a few years to accept my illness, still struggle at times, some of us vary in degrees of the disease, unfortuanately mines chronic, and ivehad 7 ops related to Arthritis and Inflamed soft tissue! oh well, i do my best and try and stay cheerful, tis that or drown!

take care Val

LOL Val im going mad, Just asked u a question when I replied to Del... its the Meds im on LOL... dont know about cheese im alergic to that, but I do eat a lot of citrus fooods.... No point worrying about the future val, Ive had arthritic probs since I was 26 had first op on both hands just after my first baby was born in 86 had carpal tunnel op, that is usuakky first sign of arthritis, plus ive had tyroid op,most of thyroid removed in 94, again part of the arthritis group of things, I take one day at a time, at mo im my condition is still chronic, but I beleive it can all change, and I wont be plagued with this nasty disease in the future, also stress causes further flare ups, and ive had a lot of stress, and still in a flre up, even tho im on all the DMARDS etc

oh well guys and gals, stay pos and chins up!!
