I'm having a crap day with pain.I'm having trouble with my hip,i'ts partly numb,tingly and painfull.Would anyone know what it is,I would be gratfull for any advice.I'm taking osteoese,ixprim and mobic.Thanks

i hope you feel better soon I dont really know anything about the drugs I came on here to find out about the condition cos i think i have it and i am real scared. I dont want to be ill but from all the info i have gleaned i think i have it. but i hope you have a better day tomorrow take care

Bernie (((hugs for u)))) I feel same today xx Kiora(lovely name) have u seen a Rhumatologist yet? best to get things under control b4 they get on top of u... there are many meds u can safely take b4 having to go on Immune Suppressants...(they are last resort I guess) take care Jill

Hi Kiora,I'm not too bad today thankfully. I know how you feel when you say your scared. I'm only 43 and sometmes I feel like 70. I just found this site about 2 weeks ago and have found it a great help, I dont feel so alone.

Hi Jill,hope your feeling better today, I'm not too bad.I'm doing my chores more gently and slower now, I find that hard because I normally dont. I suppose I Will have to get used to it. Oh, thanks for the hugs.

Bernie re your hip, Don't know what type of arthritis you have but the description of your symptoms make me think of some nerve involvement. DON'T panic, sounds worse than it is. Ask doctor for x-ray and then physiotherapy treatment. I was a physio until the dreaded arthritis got to me. I used to treat (successfully usually) complaints like yours regularly. Good luck. Lyn
