Had my first physio appointment today, she was very good. because of the nature of the psoriatic arthritis she says the hydro pool would be better for me. I have to put a swimsuit on??? In my place of work??? I can't imagine my colleagues spotting me in that!!

no, luckily, but it is in my hospital and so i knew a lot of the physiotherapists!! LOL, oh well i don't care who sees me in my cozzie really hahha. I believe it's lovely in that warm water, have to wait for an appointment now, The physio said there is not a lot she can do from a treatment point of view, showed me a few stretches and stuff to try and loosen my back a little but i don't think she has much hope, it's been like this for many years and so i have learned to live with it really. She thinks hydrotherapy might be the best thing. it's just when all my other joints flared that i was sent to rheumy!!
