Subject: Reason for clicky joints

Since being diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis I have noticed my joints click all the time is there a reason for this? Just started with a few joints but seems to be getting worse.

Well, to be honest, she did say it too me when my shoulder was clicking, which it never had before. When I had an ultrasound scan it transpired that it was 'severely' inflamed. After the steroid injection the clicking stopped! However, my knees have clicked since I was quite young and that definitely not arthritis related.

Clicking is a common symptom of hypermobility syndrome (HMS). HMS often leads to early arthritis... Is this a possibility for you?

I have lots of very clicky joints and have RA and am hypermobile. I also have orthopaedic issues in my knees.
