Subject: got my appointment through for a body scan.
It's at the beginning of Feb, so not long to wait really. I have to have an injection 1st (which I wasn't aware of), wait 2 hours then the scan which could last up to 1 hour. I hope something gets sorted soon. I've nearly lost my appetite with the pain medication and hardly get out of the house.

Hi Rachael, not too long to wait. These scans are great for showing up problems that an X-Ray does not pick up on. Don't worry about the injection you can have a wander around or go for a coffee after. I hope you get your result quickly after. Take care and keep your chin up. x

Julie, because I don't have swelling, redness or high blood tests we to, rheumatologist has changed her mind with diagnosis and won't start me on medication, so she had requested this to see if it shows anything up. She hasn't taken on board the fact I'm in pain 24/7 & I can't sometimes walk due to hips & feet etc.
