Subject: cause of arthritis
I have recently been diagnosed as having arthritis in both knees resulting with the discovery of heavy wear and tear on my on knee cap the sideof my knee along witb the development of spurs inside my knee. I wonder wbetherthis has developed during my military service where I can ran in boots carrying heavy rucksack?

hi Nigel , seems strange to have it in both knee's , they can do keahole surgery to remove the spurs but this is not a cure long term , you would need a consultant to say its because of your time in the military if you wanted to make a claim
