Hi Linda, sorry to hear that you're feeling so down, i think we can all relate to how you're feeling - its not just the pain its also that the illness itself makes you feel isolated.I know that I feel the same way on a regular basis . Keep your chin up and I hope the pain eases and that you feel loads better as the day goes on ......(((hugs)))) Sandy xxx

Hello Linda. Not been on here last few days just catching up on things. Sorry ur having a bad day/time. Its a lonely feeling when ur at home or at work. I'm finding it hard to get people to understand but here we can express our feelings/pain/emotions as we can all relate to them. Hope the pain is a little easier now and that you can get some sleep tonight. Have you started your new work hours yet. This is a life changing disease iv had it for 18 mths now and still not sorted. New tablet started luflumimide thought I'd take at teatime due to side effects took 2nd tablet last nite so no sleep due to sitting on loo and feeling sick. Today its eased off. Linda I do hope you feel a little better tomorrow little steps better outcome. I hope. Lots of love. Helen. Xx

Hi Helen, oh no, thats horrible feeling sick. Luckily since I have gone on to injections the sickness has gone. Still get the headache and generally feeling lousy for a day or so. I didnt get the new hours.. eg mornings that I went for interview for. But got a letter from occy health saying I should only do 5 hours at the most. Spoke to my boss last week, and he said its gonna be hard for me to do that. I have to cover ultrasound and CT in an afternoon! So god knows whats gonna happen. Gettting more and more tired, sometimes think I cant carry on doin my job. Its quite physical.
At least you guys understand. I have been diagnosed for 18month or more, and yeah, its taking forever!!
Anyway hope you manage ok with your new tablet.
Hugs to you., love Linda xx

Hello Linda. How are you feeling this end of the week any better in your low mood. Its rotten feeling like that. I'm feeling very much the same. I also think I get a little S.A.D symptoms. Pain is very tiring to the body and mind.
Hope you have a nice wkend whatever your plans.
Take care
Helen. Xx
