Hi Joyce, Sorry to hear about your flare-up. If it hasn't settled down yet make an appointment with your GP. It's not good to let a flare-up go on and on as it is when a joint is swollen and painful that permanent damage can occur. Hope you are feeling a bit better.

Thank you for your message Trina, and your good wishes, I have been back to doctor but she has reffered me to Specialist in JUNE !!! It seems that no matter how bad the pain is we still have to wait our turn...Ho Hum such is life
