Subject: Arthritis and pain NHS leaflet
Hello everybody, I put this on another thread. Thought i'd share it here also. It's a PDF document so you'll have to download it, but it's well worth it if you're having pain issues. Details lots of different options, not only medication. Go to your GP armed! http://www.bics.nhs.uk/for-health-professionals/?assetdetesctl7986136=503416 Good luck and all the best, Chris

thanks Chris alot of us are different in the way , myself prefer to us a TENS , rest & not not use any painkillers at all , just find the side effects are not worth it & after having RA a very long time just got used to it think alot of of RA goes acceptance & when you reach that point it becomes easier , interesting what they said about sleep & the effect it has on pain & depression , cant agree more
