Hi Lol, Yes I still take them, I take 4 a day and have done for years now. I think the sickness should pass once your body gets used to them. If you start to feel worse when you increase them just reduce the dose again. If it gets really bad then you might be best speaking to them again. The only side effects I have noticed is that they make your pee orange and they are known to give you wind. (not very nice)x
