Yep, I get it thought I don't think some of the drugs and fatigue help and I don't think even the pain aspect should be underestimated. I get words jumbled up or use the wrong word etc... I try to relax into it in a way as fighting it can just make you more frustrated. Just try and take it slower and give yourself a break to at least remove some of the pressure on yourself. If I'm somewhere like work I try to just breathe and relax, take some kind of away from work break like making a coffee or getting some fresh air and come back to things a little slower or with more care. Sooo easier said than done though!
