Subject: Happy Christmas everyone!
Hi all,
Happy Christmas to all, and thank you for support and help throughout the year!
I found out what is causing my headaches high blood pressure great another one to add to the list, the funny thing is I have very low cholesterol which is strange the only thing I can think of is pa affect's your vein's and make's them narrow so maybe there is a link.
Anyway a prosperous New year to all Deborah x..

Hi Deborah, you have a good Christmas also.
My husbands side of the family all suffer with blood pressure and not one of them have high Cholesterol. They don't go hand in hand.
Is your Dr treating you for it?
You must try not to stress over things as this doesn't help. I wish you well and take care

Merry Christmas Deborah, I hope it's a good one and best wishes for the New Year. HBP is very common, my daughter and husband both have it. Marlene is right, stress makes it worse. Take care x

Hi Marlene as both my parent's both died with heart disease and because I had a monitor on for a day and night and my reading's were high apparently I am in the red zone so yes he has started treatment so hopefully with that and keeping my stress down this will help. I had a camera in to look at the heart and everything was fine which was good.
I have an aunt who is 85 now and she took her first heart attack in her early forties and has had quite a few and a few stroke's as well but the last I heard she broke her hip while up disco dancing at 85 and apparently has one of those quingos which she travel's about on and still smoke's as many as ever she say's at her age she is going to enjoy herself all she can. So I hope I will be more like her. Hi Rhona,
It is amazing how many people do have blood pressure and it's strange but I do not eat any of the thing's that are bad for you well maybe chocolate an odd time but I will watch the stress level's.

Thank's it's so nice to hear from you how are you and the family? hope you are ok and you had a lovely Christmas.
Me I am ok sometime's then crap other's I am sure you know how it feel's.
Have been on a bio-logic for four month's now it was great the first month actually felt normal for a while then had to go off my anti inflamatory because of high blood pressure so now it's back to a really painful back at night and in the morning but a least it ease's through the day. It's so funny you should see the shape of hubby and me trying to get out of bed in the morning as he has.a very painful side don't why but they have done test's and found nothing and me with my back .
have also noticed the feet and knee's starting to get quite painful again and the dreaded fatigue is back which I find the worst but that's life so must see the doc to get back on some form of anti - inflamatory. Christmas was nice with the Family. Hope you have a great New Year Deborah xx.
