I have OA and find bruises everywhere. I do think we may all bruise a bit easier when we have Arthritis. I am 61yrs and as you get older bruising is easier. I am not suggestion anyone is old LOL. Take Care Laura and if you are worried speak with your GP.

Hi Marlene thanks for reply yeah I will deffinately see doctor about it and ask it was just abit weird cos doesn't hurt . Fibro certainly causes havoc with immune system as I had cellulitis in right knee three weeks ago three sets of antibiotics I have had the doctor said last week if its not better I have to see him again which suspect I may have to I'm unsure whether its still cellulitis or just a skin infection . But since I got fibromyalgia I notice things take longer to go

Cellulitis is a difficult one to cure, if you feel the skin hasn't recovered see your Gp sooner rather than later. I had this on my arm and took two weeks of anti-biotics and a further three weeks of a combination of anti-biotics. I hope you have a lovely christmas take care

I have had Fibromyalgia for 20 odd years and it is known that sufferers tend to bruise very easily.

Hi Laura, I just posted on acupuncture for arthritis and when I was browsing through I saw your link. I've just started using an alpha-stim for my PTSD and anxiety and it has transformed my life but I've seen loads of media recently that it's good for fibromyalgia too. I got mine from my acupuncturist and I just had a look to his website and it has all of the recent media collected together and a whole lot of info on what the alpha-stim can do. http://norwichacupuncture.com/alpha-stim/ http://norwichacupuncture.com/alpha-stim-links/ Hope that helps.
