Subject: Can't take any more

Hi all hope everyone is well . I'm having a really shit day . Hr told me to go to gp to see whether I'm fit enough for work I went to my gp and he said I'm not fit to work I told hr what doctor had said they said send the note to us and we will send it to pay roll I got a phone call from work yesterday saying I need to go on to long term sick I updated the manager she said send it to her and she will send it to payroll . Cos I'm now going to be on sick pay I'm very worried how I'm going to cope financially I do live at home but my parents so desperately need the rent on top of that I have bills to pay I don't know what to do ? Mum said just pay what u can we will manage I have just come home my mum basically said to my face that I'm making it up it's all my fault I'm making her ill I have had enough I just wish I had never gone to rheumatology .
