Subject: Re: New to arthritis?
Hello! I've had psoriasis for 28 years, got it when i was 10. You are asking a big question! Where to start? Firstly, i'd say that it is quite common to get a 'flare up' at your age, and it might well die down in the future. So don't necessarily think that it will be this bad for the rest of your life. I think the most important bit of advice i could give is to try and treat your psoriasis as if it were your baby sister. Care for it, treat it gently and show her some love. Some days it will limit what you can do, but if you look after it most days you will be able to do what you like. Best of luck, and welcome to the forum. :) Chris
