Subject: Unsure what this is?

I am 34 years old and have had problems with Achilles tendinitis and bakers cyst in knee, lately I have had very stiff ankles in the morning which has progressed to knees and fingers/hands, I am finding it difficult to move freely, I also have muscle aches and feel slightly fluey, doctor gave me anti inflammatory tablets and said he will do further tests in a week or so. My joints aren't red or hot. Any clues?
