Subject: RE-Injections, how many a year are you allowed
Hi, I have seen my rheumatoid specialist today and had 2 injections, one in shoulder and one in my knee.
I asked for one in each knee, but could only choose 2 places at one time. As my shoulder is in the most pain I chose to have 1 there.
I was asked if I wanted a shoulder operation but said no and would continue to have injections for now.
Apparently I can have 2 in any one place in a year. I am hoping I will have a better holiday after these. Best wishes to all.

Had a painful night but I do usually get relief a couple of days later. Physio today on the neck. I am sick of popping to the hospital, good job I don't work anymore!

Hi Kylee, I was told 2 a year in one joint, but think I can have different joints done twice.
But could only have two different joints done at once. (If that makes sense!)
Feeling a bit of a benefit now thank goodness.
But had red cheeks this morning.!!!!
