Subject: Contraceptive pill and arthritis

Ok my lovelies,

I have Juvenile arthritis, will try not to bore so cut long story short had since baby now in thirties.

One baby boy, husband also with arthritis.

Off contraceptive Cilest my joints seem to feel better, on it feel rubbish!

Question: Has any other ladies with RA felt this? If so is there a less rubbish joint inducing contraceptive?!?

Many thanks.

That's very interesting. I'm also on Cilest and have RA but I've never been off of it so I'm now curious whether I should try a different type to see if it makes a difference. It never occurred to me that it would have any effect on arthritis..
