I know most of you are on the traditional medications and you all know I chose not to go down that path, however, I just wanted to see how you all were? Personally I am doing fine, its been over 12 months since I had a flare although I still occasionally have a few aches & pains first thing in the morning. My closest friend has RA and 1-1/2 yrs ago decided to go down the traditional route, a decision I support for her, however recently her RA has come back with a vengance worse than ever, her Dr here wants her to go onto biologics which she is seriously considering, I can't help her with this decision because I don't know anything about it first hand .. any suggestions would be very helpful at this stage

Hi - is it the Maz from Australia?? If so, good to hear that you are still keeping well and AP is working for you :-). If not hello anyway!! I am not on biologics but my rheumatologist wanted me to go on a trial for Tocilizumab which is one of the newer drugs and by all accounts is getting good results. Keep well Patricia x

hi mas i have been on enbral and that didn't work for me and now just started on cimiza and waiting for it to work, we will see hopefully. the only thing for me on ant-ntf are that infections are a real pain if your system isn't that great at handling them. xx glad you are well and just wondering what you are doing to keep your ra at bay xx
