Hi Nikki, i dont know about knees but my rheumy suggested i rub some ibuprofen gel on my hands when they are bad in between my anti-inflammatory and painkilling drugs. No good for me as i wash my hands too many times a day for it to be absorbed but try it for your knee? Worth a shot... Unless anyone else out there knows a better one? Regards, Debs

OH my gosh, the timing of your answers couldn't have been more perfect. I am going today to mention either one. Thanks! :0) I did try acupuncture for my left knee which worked for about four years and then I fell on the other one. :0( I use my deep massager I got from Target daily. I am also going to get some ginger candy and Pomegranate juice at Trader Joes and see if that bring some relief. The left knee hurts more then the one that needs replacement on the right. Go figure? I think I will go get a cane today though, because I hate walking funny.
