Subject: Rheuthomaid Arthristis
I am just sending you this email to you regards DLA which I hav had to apply for again, as my condition worsed loads. I have got Rheauthmoid Arthristis in both feet and ankles which is very painful and serve discomft for me. I have had someone help me fill in for me, and the reasons why They turned me down last time is because of medication i am on. Stef advised me to call my doctors to get in for appointment let them know they will be hearing from DLA, and see if I can get stronger medication for my condition.
