i try to walk as far as possible when im out with the kids even if its super slow. Find if i take painkillers before hand they kick in when it would start to become really painfull.

HI suzzee, unfortunately you must keep mobile it is awful when the pain is real bad, but like Kirst i take my pain meds before and find this is helpful. I have OA in my feet some days it is so painful i would be happy just to put my feet up, but this is not good so i just walk slowly and for little bursts at a time. Don't overdo it either this is also not good. We just have to find a happy medium to suit us.When i am having pain all over i take my max pain meds and push myself hard to at least hobble around the house and garden. Hope you are feeling less pain real soon, take care X
