Subject: Magical Effect of Herbs on RA
This thread has been removed. The reason for the removal is because the post was promoting a particular commercial product with the view to sales. This website is not for that purpose. Please remember that this is a space for people with arthritis to make contact with other people in the same situation. It is not a place to sell stuff or to promote any particular product or service. We will remove messages that we feel are not appropriate for this message board.

Subject: Hello moderator, There was nothing wrong with the thread. It simply stated that herbs can be an alternative to allopathic treatment for RA, if taken under the guidance of a good practitioner. It didn't endorsed any brand/product. In Europe the trend is that many people will purchase some book and try to be their own doctors and try to cure their problems using those methods. This caused so many medical emergency and the govt had to ban the OTC herbal medicines. By banning some post like this, we are simply stating that we have to live under the monopoly of allopathic pharma companies. And the results are well known. People suffering for years with little or no improvement. In my view, we must try to get to know if the herbal medicines really work. And if it works then it will be a boon for all of us. We must welcome ideas from all quarters and get the best for the people suffering from RA.

Panther- The thread did not just state that herbs can be an alternative. It gave links to the 'Dr's' websites with the clear aim of gaining customers!

Well then lets do a new beginning to this thread and with no prejudice, lets all try to search if some other alternatives are available which can give us a pain free life. I am inviting everyone who is interested in finding any alternative to reduce the Arthritic pain that we are going through and if there is a cure then let this world know.

I have a copper bracelet with magnets which i wear on my left wrist. My wrist is in bad shape due to an infection. I can honestly say the bracelet does absolutely nothing for me, but it does cover my wrist joint which looks a bit deformed.
