Subject: Lito Zin Rose hip
Hi I have just started taking Rose Hip don't know if it will be any good but have found quite a few good reports on it, has anyone tried it? it takes quite a while to work i will keep you posted on the results getting desperate now will try anything just fed up of this RA

Hi, have you actually seen a Doctor? Are you on medication? Your not alone, I think we've all tried "alternative" ways for tackling the problem, but i'm sorry - it does not work. Get on real medication is my advice. BUT.... I hope for you, you may find some benefit of trying new things. Cheers.

Yes have been on medication for 8 yrs i don't usually try alternative things but have seen reports about this and the results look good , still taking my prescribed medication it can't do any harm and is supposed to have been tested for 2 yrs so an artice says in the Times just search on Google and have a look.

Just a word of warning here. You have to be careful taking over the counter supplements if you are taking drugs for RA. Especially if you are on MTX. Just check at your pharmacist if it is alright to take anything else, incase it reacts with your drugs, even if it is a natural product.

Thanks but asked the chemist at Boots about this and it's ok to take, i am on Sulfasalazine and diclofenac
