I applied for Disability Living Allowance a few years ago. Some medical representative turned up at my house and wanted to see how I could walk along the road. I was walking fine, so they turned me down. If I had no medication it would be a different story!!! So I gave up! I do feel fine at the moment and not in too much pain so most probably its for people who are in a lot more pain! I have RA and have had it over 10 years.
