katknapp. Please ask the advice of your GP as Steroids can push up blood sugar levels and one of the signs of this is trembling and tiredness . I'm not trying to scare you but it needs to be looked at. Let us know how you get on. Don't know about the throbbing and pain I'm afraid, best to ask the doc about that as well.

Hi Katknapp, sorry you're having such a rough time, all the stress about work probably isn't helping either. I've found the cold air this weekend seems to make my shoulders and hands worse and donned a really thick yucky fleece which is helping a bit! I haven't been out for ages and my blood pressure gets very low when I don't exercise much. The last time I tried to go to a shop my knees felt like jelly. Like Kayjay says, you need support from your GP but in the meantime perhaps try to give yourself a bit of TLC by letting go of all the worries, wrap up warm and rest. As a last resort you could try distracting your mind from the pain by watching daytime TV. (I'm embarrassed to say I've even found Jeremy Kyle amusing!!) Take care. x
