Subject: Frozen Right Shoulder

I have started with a arthitis and frozen right shoulder. Which thats all I need on top of everything else with my OA and I can't even get DLA as I get turned down all of time.

So sorry to hear you are having probs with DLA, I think you have to keep on trying and maybe get your local welfare rights office to do it for you.
From what you have said about your knees, you must be in severe pain. take care.

I was thinking of that getting someone else to fill the form out for me, as doing that way I might have better chance of getting it.

Sue I filled out my own claim and was refused even after appealling. Then I took the new claim to the Citizens Advice Bureau and got it no problem.

I have medium personal care, lower mobility but since getting arthur my situation has worsened so I plan to re apply. Even though I have it already should I get help filling it in with the Arthur side of it or do you think it'll be ok If I do it. Been on it and filling it in for years. X

I have phoned up DLA again and they are sending me a Application Pack out for DLA. So this time I am not going to fill out the form myself I am going to get someone to do it for like Welfare Rights.

Where as if I fill out I know I will get turned down straight away.

my ex hubby had frozen shoulder, jsut had Op to sort it....they put him out, Manipulate the arm, crack it etc, and now hes fine.....only had it doen last fri, and he drove on the following tues(4 days after op).....so a frozen shoulder can be corrected...no need to suffer the pain......also with DLA.....they often turn people down if they dont have Mobility KJ how ya doing xxxxxx
