Subject: Best footwear

Can anyone suggest what is the best footwear to wear? My feet are absolutely killing me, feel like they are getting crushed.

I probably shouldn't wear ballet flats lol because since the Arthritis got bad and I need my stick, I have such hard skin on my heels. I like them though because I have so many pairs that whatever stage of swelling my feet are at I have a pair to fit. I've recently been introduced to hotter shoes and even though they are expensive, they are Soooo comfy, supportive and padded in the right places :-)

My hubby wears Finn Comfort, they are from Germany, rather on the expensive side, but FANTASTIC and last ages. They also allow for an orthotic. Do a search on-line, there is a shop in North Fincley, London who are really helpful and I believe they post orders as well.

I wear thera shoes, a bit like skechers shape ups but much cheaper (from sports direct). Soles are quite rigid and shaped so your feet rock rather than having to bend and they help spread out the weight distribution so your feet don't get so sore. I wear them all the time and definitely wouldn't be without them. They also do sandals and boots etc.

Hiya I had to buy some new ones recently
I brought mine from Clarkes and they are the Active fit ones which have padded insoles which mould to your foot they are the most comfy shoes ever oh apart from my slippers that is lol
I find them great as I am on my feet all day at collge so they are ideal. Good luck finding some shoes x
