hi Abbie, how are you doing? I ate rhubarb tonight so am waiting to see if I flare up badly tomorrow! I love the stuff so hope it isn't that which is causing my flare up.

Amelia, you've got an allotment? I've got one too, I share it with my sister. Been a bit difficult to do everything but I try and manage. What were you planting?

Hi Jill, how was Scotland? Where did you go? I'm off to Glasgow on Thursday for my sister's birthday. A bit of an unexpected trip but am looking forward to it.

I know what you mean about it being a sanctuary! I spend as much time as I can there in the summer though couldn't last year due to illness. Still, manage to get there when I can. Keeps me sane.

@ Sally, Thanks for asking how I am hun! As it happens not too good today. Couldn't get to sleep last night coz I hurt and when I did got my awful sleep paralysis. Get it when very tired or stressed. So, I've been up since ten to two and am cold and painful but hey, I mustn't feel sorry for mysel coz tomorrow is another day eh? How are things with you hun? @ Maz, don't worry, you're far from wierd the hot weather affects me too. I had the most unbelievable flare last summer during a got spell. X

Sorry to hear you are having a rough day. It is horrible when you don't sleep well. I had a night like that on Sunday and knew I had a lot to do the next day. You just have to go with the flow, as they say, or that's what I try and do but it's not easy. I'm ok at the moment. Think the rhubarb theory is rubbish as ate some on Sat and no ill effects! Must have been having a flare up. Bought some of the Liz Earl spot on your recommended. Will let you know if it works for me :) take care Abbie, hope you feel better tomorrow.
