Hi Mel,

Welcome to the site I hope you find it useful I know I do.

The only advice I can give you is thta you are the expert as to how you are feeling and please dont allow the docs totell you how you are feeling. Always push for them to look at alternatives if the meds /treatment they are giving you arnt working. I have found over the years that know best as to how my body is feeling/deteriorating and in time you will to.

Always try to let your body tell you when you have done to much and rest and allow your family to help and support you as sometimes we struglle on and we shouldnt.

Take care

Lucy x

thanks lucy! isnt it the hardest thing to do when you are so used to being the one to run the family, to let them help! I am learning to say "no" or to get help with big items when shopping but as i am young (ish) with no obvious signs of pain or reason to be asking for help i do get some funny looks from people and i find myself explaining! oh well. the weather is a lovely boost of morale tho isnt it! hope everyone has a fab weekend x x
