Just curious what everyone classes as a good day?
For me a good day is being able to make up bottles for my baby, change nappies and where i only feel a bit achey.... oh and when i can stay awake through an entire film on an evening lol :)

I tend to be in pain constantly nowadays so even just a tiny bit of relief is a plus! I think a lot of it depends on my head and if Im feeling positive. I can be in no less pain but feeling positive and it can be a good day : )

Hi Kirstine, Verity is right depending on whether i'm feeling positive makes a lot of difference but on the whole a good day for me is being mobile enough to get out of bed soon after waking then not having to give into pain relief till lunch time. Although now on 12hr pain relief it's not having to take an extra dose for breakthrough pain. Also not having to have my dinner cut up for me and being able to stay awake. Don't ask much eh? lol.
