Subject: Honey & Cider Vinegar

I am thinking of trying Honey & Cider Vinegar mixed with a dash of hot water has anyone else tried this. I read a article in The Mail on Sunday. I suffer with inflammatory arthritis and wonder if this would help. I am having infusions of Infliximab. Bill

Hiya Bill, I have tried it, can't really say it did anything bad or good, although my old aunt swears by it.
I do know that honey is very good for fighting infection,Manuka honey is the very best, and the cider vinegar is supposed to break down urid acid that can build up around the joints, so its worth giving it a go.
I do have honey every morning on my breakfast, and I always dress salads with cider vinegar,so who knows.

Hi Bill! I tried this a few years ago and it worked wonders. I used to have a desert spoon of cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey then fill the mug up with boiling water (3 times a day). Am about to start it again. I struggled with the amount every day so stopped but am gonna give it a go again.
Hope this encourages you to try it coz it wont do any harm!

From what I know of it, it helps dissolve all bad crystals that form in your joints. But is also really good for all things. It can be used as an appetite suppressant apparently but ive never experienced this! Theres loads more it does, Ill have a look for a link for you!
