Hi Karen,Ice cream, chocolate and things high in sugar are definately my enemy.I have RA.
Pasta, pastry and to much meat can do it to.
if I have a bad food day I can guarantee I will suffer the next day.
I have no idea what the connection is maybe someone can enlighten us.

Good idea Karen, I kept a diary to for ages, and the pattern became very clear after a while.
A little tip for Christmas you might like to try. Sometimes I can get away with having some chocolate if I drink 2 big glasses of water straight after.Dont ask me why or how it works I have no clue other than watering down the sugar content maybe.
Hope it works for you.
