Hello, My name is Joshua Exley, i am 17 and doing my A Levels. I have just started my design course where i am designing a steak knife to make it more comfotable for people with arthritis to use. weak hands can not grasp small objects so need wider handles and quite sharp as can not put much pressure on when having flare up hope others give u more help good luck with it check out some of the sights which suply such things for ideas
