Subject: Is there a natural approach that works for arthritis?

I am a health professional who spent my early years looking after hundreds of patients after total hip and knee joint replacements. While many patients gained great pain relief and improved quality of life, others had post-operative complications such as infection, slow recovery, and dislocation. While these complications were relatively rare compared to the successes, many went on to get other joints replaced and developed arthritis in many parts of their body.

They could either become "bionic-man or woman" or they could look for other options to manage joint degeneration.

There are many natural alternatives to drugs and surgery including:

-diet
-relaxation
-joint range of motion exercises
-strengthening
-improving footwear
-relaxation
-correcting the delicate balance in the body to reduce degeneration and enhance REGENERATION.

To help people with arthritis and degenerative joint pain I have created a website and free step by step coaching to optimise joint health and regain your life.

My website is: www.jointpainhelpnow.co.uk

In happiness and health,

Jaydn Nixon (BHSc)

Hi Jaydn...read your article with interest..... b4 I decide to look into the free step by step coaching..... Please will you via this website tell me if I can carry on with my traditional medicines.....most of us if not all, will refuse to stop taking the meds altogether, due to sideaffects, and going bk to the gp explining what U have sent to us....... of course I am interested in Never having toi take medicines again..... but how will that be possible....I have done exercise, gentle of course, I have wahtched and changed my diet.....U talk about Secret info that U have...... ok the pharmacutical gang, want the cash for the meds our docs provide......but surely my rhummy wouldnt give many of us Enbrel Biologics, knowing that they wont help....actually I have proof that they do help....I take them...... rather not, id rather be the person I use to be...... I would appreciate U answering this message, as we r reluctant to come offf our meds, becos I kn ow I will be hospitalised within a day or two of not taking my meds..... did that b4, I know!....thankyou look forward to your reply, but somehow think U may not come bk into this forum.... if U do...pls reply, as it will help many of us...

Hi Jill,

thanks for your message. I believe you shouldn't quickly come off long term medication, especially without consulting your GP. Go through the free education first, and you will be eligible for a phone consultation.

Thanks

Jaydn

hi Jill, if all these things worked we wouldn't on the forum any more! I'm having a flare up at the moment, my ankles and wrists partic bad this morning. Dad's been here for a week and I've been doing a lot with him, might be the reason,or maybe the rain? Don't know but haven't felt this bad for over a month. grrrrr! Feels like two steps forward and one backward all the time. Mtx not kicked in yet, obviously. When is it going to work.....? Going to take dad to the station and then do nothing for rest of the day, feel like I need a holiday lol! I do get problems with my eyes - esp the right one which hurts quite a bit when I have a flair. Don't know about tendons, sometimes I can't walk all that well but it doesn't nec feel like joints. Been a bit down if honest. How are you?

Hi Sally, i only get eye trouble(Iritis, inflamation in Iris) the pain is like shooting stabbing pain in the eye, but also around the eye socket, sometimes I feel it lurking there, waiting to kick off again, when it does, I have to have wteroid eye drops, as Iritis, if it got severe, can lead to Glaucoma, so when it starts, I have to see Opthalmologist at the Hosp, if it flares up, I can ring the eye dept, and within an hour get seen, so that good at least........I think we all get fed up, I am now, my fella isnt well, had high temp etc, but hes unwell, hes sdeen doc and got water infection, but he doenst complain, so thats good...lol....anyway, im still same tum wise, gott a watch what i eat, living on porridge, and granary bread and jam, bread prob not good, but at least that goes down ok without probs....deeing surgeon 29th yayyyyy cant wait, fingers crossed he will remove the little bugger ....Try keep ya chin up, and hope your days get better xx
