hi karen if you look in the back of you book it gives you basic explanation as to what each bit means, when you say they stopped them do you mean they stopped your mtx they usually do this for a good reason sometimes it might just be that one of your results is a bit high as for the headaches and tiredness and feeling sick most of us that are on mtx experience these side effects but dont worry they are keeping a close eye on you by having fortnightly blood tests when they think you settled on mtx they will make it monthly tests you havent said what dose of mtx you are taking i am currently on 25mg and suffer most of the side effects you mention i been told that if they dont settle in the nxt 4 weeks they going to look into injectable mtx for me but i been taking mtx for 7 months now dont worry you will be told to visit your rheumy if its anything serious ok

Hi Karen, I know the hb one is to do with the red blood cells and the normal reading is around 12. They can tell if you are anaemic with that one to. Which can happen a lot with our conditions.

Another one the ESR should be around 15, this detects any inflammation in the body,it can go sky high, mines been over 100 at times.
The CRP is the same something to do with infection and inflammation but is a more accurate reading, that should be upto 5 to be normal. again mine is 84.6 at the moment, so that can go high to.Basically it just tells them how active the condition is.
I cant remember the rest hope this helps you a bit.
