Subject: Re: return of the anti christ!!!!!
Hi Wayne I watched the video with an open mind. I am a very spiritual person, not religous, there is a difference. I agree that we should all eat as healthy as possible, having fresh foods, organic or not. Sugars you should cut down on if you are bordering on being diabetic, only a blood test can tell you this, unless you have symptoms. Meat you can eat 2/3 times a week with fat cut off. Exercise as much as you can, which i am sure we all try to do on this forum, body, pain, and condition allowing, otherwise you just stiffen up. I think we are all aware of the above, we all eat as well and healthy as money allows, some of us might take supplements, i do sometimes, when i remember. I have oestoarthrits, it can be an age thing, i am nearly 60, but feel 25. the back and neck are about 85.You can have arthritis without knowing, if you are lucky not to be suffering in pain, some do, alot do not, especially as you get older. Saying that, why do young people get juvenille arthritis, when i say young, i mean 4/5 year olds, even babies are born with arthritis. So it is not always down to the food. Can it be genetic? i do not know, i am the only one in my family that has it, or has ever had it. They say that during the war, when food was rationed people were alot healthier, i am too young even at nearly 60 to remember. I try and do exercises, but at times it hurts, i have taken traditionalmedicines, alternative medicines, this cream and that cream, this liquid and that liquid, i still have arthritis. I do not want it, but perhaps the good lord wants me to have it for a reason. Having the pain, the sleepless nights, the disability it brings along with which type of arthritis we might have. I can help, share talk about my problem with others who understand, also i can share my experiences with others, so that they can understand. Nobody asks or wants any type of arthritis, most of all the very young, but we and they have, we smile and make the best of our day, we share our problems when we are down, have something that we have not had before, but someone else has, we can talk and realise our fears. I pray to my father every day and night, yes i get fed up with it, but its the path i have to walk, for whatever reason. I do not know why you call yourself the anti-christ, it is something i would not be proud of calling myself. So i say to you brother, God bless if you have been freed from your disability, perhaps the lord wanted you to be free, but myself along with all the other people on this forum are not so lucky. Although we all try to smile and keep happy, there are alot of people on here who are a lot worse than i, who have a lovely sense of humour, who will help anyone who asks. I do not push my beliefs on to anyone unless i am asked, i just try to help in the best way i can, healing through words. May your God go with you, i know mine is with me. Love, light and blessings to you. To the forum, may we all have a good day, with as little pain as possible. Monica
